Strategic Implementation Planning
Texas School Procedures has over 2000 protocols and documents which grow and get updated almost weekly. From our FAQ’s:
“That is a lot to cover!”
“How do we help our District strategically implement the wealth of information?”
“What if we don’t want to use everything on the site?”
There are two ways to ensure that your subscribing district is getting the full benefit of all the valuable information contained on the site:
- Contact Michelle Capener to schedule a free virtual implementation planning session. She will discuss who should be there, the length of time needed, and work on a time that is convenient for your district. She can be reached at mcapener@txschoolprocedures.com. We have had great feedback from implementation workshops and the districts with whom we have worked.
- Review the Implementation Documents for each section and develop your own plans to cover the materials and determine what will be used. Of course, we encourage districts to use all or as many of our protocols and documents as possible as you can be assured they are updated and have been vetted.
TxSP Site Reminders
- Downloading blank protocols and documents to a drive or memory stick are prohibited. Not only could it be a violation of copyright, but more importantly, documents downloaded to an external source will not be updated. Please have your staff download documents directly from the website for use when needed. Completed documents can be stored as the district chooses.
- We only have a few districts that still need to submit their updated license agreement. This is a quick and easy online document that asks for a little information, and then you sign and hit the submit button. Both the district and TxSP will automatically receive a copy.
- If your district has never scheduled a demo for your leadership team and others, we encourage you to schedule a free demo/overview of the site. Complete this document, and you will be contacted to schedule an overview based on your district’s needs.
- Districts whose budgets begin on Sept. 1 have been emailed 2022-23 invoices last week and are due upon receipt. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you did not receive your copy, please check your spam/junk email.
