Remember when navigating the documents, always start with the protocol (Pro.) or resource (Res.) files. Most folders have at least one protocol or resource. These will provide step-by-step instruction or specific information to support successfully implementing mandates. From there you will find notifications, letters, postings and other document templates associated with the protocol or resource.
