Personnel Section - New Performance Appraisal
TxSP received a district request for us to prepare a performance appraisal for the Staff employee responsible for Curriculum and Instruction. Please view our Doc.Curriculum Leadership Annual Evaluation. You will notice that it is based on four standards:

Due to the emotional challenges and trauma our students are experiencing in today’s world, Counselors must continue to grow professionally in the area of mental health. We had a great time spending time with one of our subscribing districts’ fabulous group of counselors exploring Biases in Counseling and Our Work with LGBTQ+ Students.
We know we can’t go to all of our districts across the state, so we thought we’d share these presentations/workshops with our subscribing districts. Don’t forget that all of our presentations have handouts for attendees and facilitator notes for those presenting.
